Activity Levels

Most of the time you will be seated with occasional getting on and off transportation and need to stand.

Leisurely walking on mostly level ground with occasional climb of stairs and opportunities to rest.

Walks of longer duration on uneven ground with no paving and the possibility of small obstacles such as water, ice or rocks that would have to be traversed. Biking on level ground, swimming or camel riding.

Very active excursion that requires balance and constant effort such as running, hiking or biking on difficult terrain, horseback-riding or rafting.

Hiking or climbing activities that requires the highest level of fitness, balance and agility on uneven ground with large obstacles in the path.
